On January 8th, RudaCure held its New Year ceremony at the Songdo headquarters to welcome 2024.
The 2024 New Year ceremony proceeded in the following order: CEO's announcement of the 2024 management vision and IR sharing, departmental goal sharing, and commendation of outstanding employees for 2023.
Along with CEO Yongho Kim's New Year address, the 2024 management philosophy—PoC (Proof of Concept)—was announced under the concept of "Proving ourselves by proactively responding to market changes (Proactive), focusing on customer needs and technological innovation (Oriented), and providing consistent quality and reliable services across all business areas (Consistent)." The subsequent IR sharing session conveyed a message of alignment, explaining the company's pipeline and future business direction and encouraging everyone to move in the same direction. The final goal for 2024 was set as the successful completion of Series B investment attraction, and each department shared team-specific goals and coordinated on major events, creating an opportunity to align on the overall work flow for 2024.
In the commendation of outstanding employees for 2023, the Central Research Institute achieved the remarkable feat of producing an outstanding employee for the second consecutive year. Employee Lee Hyeon-ha from the Central Research Institute made significant contributions to conserving RudaCure's resources through medical waste reduction and efficient animal facility management. The award included a trophy and gift vouchers worth KRW 300,000.
