RudaCure will participate in the 2026 BIO International Convention (BIO USA), the world's largest bio event, held at the San Diego Convention Center from June 22–25, 2026. During the event, RudaCure will deliver a Company Presentation on Tuesday, June 23 at 12:00 PM in Theater 3.
This presentation will provide a broad overview of the development progress and future direction of RudaCure's drug pipeline. Dry eye treatment RCI001 has entered clinical development with a dual-mechanism approach simultaneously targeting neurogenic dryness and inflammation, while non-narcotic analgesic RCI002, a next-generation non-addictive pain candidate targeting TRPV1, has demonstrated excellent preclinical efficacy. Additionally, psoriasis treatment RCI003, based on a novel mechanism, is continuing research in the early development stage.
Through BIO USA 2026, RudaCure plans to expand networking with global pharmaceutical companies and potential partners, and will actively explore partnership and licensing collaboration opportunities for its pipeline. We look forward to welcoming all those interested in RudaCure's research achievements and future vision.

DocDocDoc (청년의사) — K-Bio Heading to BIO USA: Strategy, Not Meeting Count, Determines Success
[Correction notice · 15 September 2026] The mechanism of action described for RCI002 (RC-0165) in this article reflects the company's position at the time of publication. Naloxone was subsequently shown to fully block analgesia in the MIA osteoarthritis model, and the company has corrected the description: RCI002 is not a TRPV1-MOR dual-target non-opioid analgesic but a mu-opioid receptor (MOR) agonist administered by intra-articular injection. The current description is on the pipeline page.
[Data provenance] The earlier TRPV1 inhibition data for RC-0165 were generated by Professor Yong Ho Kim’s team at Gachon University.
