RudaCure Runs On-Site Booth at BIO USA 2026, Ramping Up Global Partnering

2026-06-23

RudaCure (CEO Yongho Kim), a biotech venture specializing in membrane protein-targeted drug discovery, has set up a booth at BIO International Convention 2026 (BIO USA 2026), the world's largest bio partnering event held at the San Diego Convention Center, and has begun full-scale global partnering activities.

During the event, which runs from June 22 to 25, RudaCure is operating a booth (Booth 3735-20) and holding one-on-one meetings with pharmaceutical companies and investors from around the world. On June 23 (local time), the company introduced its core pipeline and business strategy to the global industry through a Company Presentation session.

RudaCure booth (3735-20) on-site at BIO USA 2026

RudaCure is a biotech venture developing drugs that target membrane proteins residing in the cell membrane, such as GPCRs and ion channels. The company combines structure-based drug design (SBDD) with AI and computational chemistry platforms to discover differentiated candidates.

Its flagship pipeline, a dry eye disease treatment, applies a novel first-in-class mechanism of action that targets ion channels, unlike conventional immunosuppression-based therapies, and has entered Phase 2 clinical trials. In the pain field, the company is advancing a non-narcotic analgesic centered on TRPV1, and it has also secured a treatment for psoriasis — an autoimmune skin disease — expanding its membrane protein-targeting technology to a range of intractable diseases.

Through its participation in BIO USA, RudaCure plans to raise its profile in the global market while showcasing the value of its pipeline spanning dry eye disease, pain, and psoriasis, and accelerating discussions on co-development and licensing.
