RudaCure held an 'Anniversary Ceremony' with its employees on July 21, 2025, to celebrate its 7th founding anniversary on July 23, 2025. This ceremony was organized to express gratitude and celebrate three employees who have served for 5 years as of 2025 — Efficacy Research Team Manager Young-ah Ku, Management Planning Office Assistant Manager Jihee Ryu, and Management Planning Office Assistant Manager Yejin Yoon — who have been part of RudaCure's growth and challenges over the past five years. Beyond a formal award ceremony, it was conducted in a warm atmosphere filled with sincere encouragement and congratulations from colleagues.
Following the anniversary ceremony, all employees gathered at a Korean BBQ restaurant near the Seoul office for a dinner, sharing stories and laughter in a relaxed setting.
In a surprise event prepared by the Research Planning Team, each employee wrote warm encouragement and gratitude messages to a randomly selected colleague. Reading the heartfelt messages brought smiles to everyone's faces.
CEO Yongho Kim stated, "The 7th anniversary is a meaningful milestone for our company. Together with our team members, we will continue to move toward our common goal with the spirit of 'One Team, One Goal.'"
