
RudaCure Inc. (CEO Yongho Kim), a biotech company specializing in novel drug development, announced on the 12th that it conducted plogging and blood donation volunteer activities along the Anyang Stream in Gwangmyeong near its Seoul office on April 30th, 'Culture Day.'
This volunteer activity was carried out as part of RudaCure's ESG management practices, with the cooperation of the Gwangmyeong Volunteer Center and the Korean Red Cross Blood Donation Center in Gwangmyeong, with all company researchers and employees participating voluntarily.
Before starting the activities, employees reflected on the meaning of volunteering during an orientation at the Gwangmyeong Volunteer Center, then conducted plogging activities focusing on areas with heavy foot traffic such as the market near Cheolsan Station and the Anyang Stream walking path.
Employees eligible for blood donation visited the Korean Red Cross Blood Donation Center in Gwangmyeong, donating whole blood, platelets, and plasma through various types of blood donations.
CEO Kim stated, "We are glad that our employees voluntarily participated, feeling the importance of social contribution, and we plan to continue various ESG activities in the future."
