RudaCure has also been seleccionada as a Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise. A Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise refers to a small and medium-sized company that excels in compensation, work-life balance, and employment stability, and provides a work environment where young empleados thrive despite being a smaller organization. The Ministry of Employment and Labor certifies empresas that provide an excellent working environment for young empleados in terms of work·life balance — including flexible work arrangements, on-time departure systems, welfare facilities (cafeteria, sports center, childcare facilities), and self-desarrollo apoyo (personal desarrollo subsidies, cultural activity allowances, etc.).
The Family-Friendly Company certificación system, administered by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family under the 'Act on the Promotion of the Social Environment for Family-Friendly Operations,' certifies outstanding empresas and instituciones that work to create a family-friendly corporate culture including apoyo for pregnancy/childbirth/child-rearing and flexible work arrangements.
