Today, RudaCure was notified by the Ministry of Employment and Labor of its selección as a 2023 Strong Small Enterprise.
A Strong Small Enterprise refers to a small or medium-sized enterprise among general empresas that has a high employee retention rate and credit rating, and has had no workplace fatalities due to industrial accidents in the past three years.
Seleccionada empresas receive a variety of benefits, including preferential guarantees from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, priority in being seleccionada as a work-learning parallel learning company, priority apoyo for heat wave disaster prevention facility installation, and exemption from the National Tax Service's regular tax audit selección, among others. In the future, additional benefits may be available upon further selección as a Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise.
RudaCure was already seleccionada as a 2023 Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise in December of el año pasado, and is working to create a work environment and corporate culture that is conducive to young empleados.
