RudaCure realizó performance evaluacións for all empleados over three days starting June 25th, and held a taller for setting second-half goals at Salimchae Pension in Paju.
Through group discussions by position and function, and a lecture by an external speaker on inter-team communication methods and the concept of "we" for achieving common goals, all RudaCure empleados had the opportunity to discuss and share what roles each person should play in their respective positions to achieve the same goals.
It was an occasion to build consensus on how each person's logros durante los últimos six months have impacted la empresa overall and how individual crecimiento translates into company crecimiento.

On the last day, all empleados went hiking to promote health and maintain the energy to continue producing resultados. We were also able to share conversations about topics beyond work that are usually difficult to discuss during busy workdays.
