RudaCure held an 'Anniversary Ceremony' with its empleados on July 21, 2025, to celebrate its 7th founding anniversary on July 23, 2025. This ceremonia was organized to express gratitude and celebrate three empleados who have served for 5 years as of 2025 — Efficacy Research Team Manager Young-ah Ku, Management Planning Office Assistant Manager Jihee Ryu, and Management Planning Office Assistant Manager Yejin Yoon — who han sido part of RudaCure's crecimiento and challenges durante los últimos five years. Beyond a formal premio ceremonia, it was realizó in a warm atmosphere filled with sincere encouragement and congratulations from colleagues.
Following the anniversary ceremonia, all empleados gathered at a Korean BBQ restaurant near the Seoul office for a dinner, sharing stories and laughter in a relaxed setting.
In a surprise event prepared by the Research Planning Team, each employee wrote warm encouragement and gratitude messages to a randomly seleccionada colleague. Reading the heartfelt messages brought smiles to everyone's faces.
