RudaCure has also been selected as a Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise. A Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise refers to a small and medium-sized company that excels in compensation, work-life balance, and employment stability, and provides a work environment where young employés thrive despite being a smaller organization. The Ministère de Employment and Labor certifies companies that provide an excellent working environment for young employés in terms of work·life balance — notamment flexible work arrangements, on-time departure systems, welfare facilities (cafeteria, sports center, childcare facilities), and self-development support (personal development subsidies, cultural activity allowances, etc.).
The Family-Friendly Company certification system, administered by the Ministère de Gender Equality and Family under the 'Act on the Promotion of the Social Environment for Family-Friendly Operations,' certifies remarquable companies and institutions that work to create a family-friendly corporate culture notamment support for pregnancy/childbirth/child-rearing and flexible work arrangements. Introduced in 2008, the certification is valid for three years.
