ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, which is emerging as the latest trend in the bio industrie, has become an essential management strategy for companies dans le monde entier that emphasizes sustainable growth and social responsibility.
Environmental:
RudaCure complies with management regulations to reduce medical waste generated at its corporate institut de recherche, and minimizes household waste through enhanced recycling and waste separation at its offices. De plus, l'entreprise has installed insulating film to reduce energy consumption during summer and winter, and is exploring divers other measures to improve energy efficiency.
Social:
As a commitment to socially responsible management, RudaCure has begun sponsoring Save the Children.
Save the Children is the world's largest and oldest NGO focused on children, established in 1919 to raise relief funds for children facing famine in the aftermath of World War I. Save the Children Korea has the unique history of transitioning from a recipient country during the Korean War in 1953 to a donor country by carrying out an education project in Inner Mongolia in 1996. The organization works to protect children both nationalally and internationally, notamment children in crisis families, refugee children, North Korean defector family children, and children from immigrant families living in Korea.
We plan to continue pursuing divers contribution sociale activities à l'avenir.
Governance:
RudaCure is focused on adhering to fair labor practices, protecting employé rights, and creating a discrimination-free work environment. Through transparent management, l'entreprise strengthens trust with actionnaires and stakeholders, and practices actionnaire-friendly management by publishing a quarterly in-house magazine and holding town hall meetings.
Through these efforts, tous les employés of RudaCure strive to do their best in their respective roles, embodying the spirit of gestion ESG and growing into a company that fulfills sustainable growth and social responsibility.
