RudaCure held an 'Anniversary Ceremony' with its employés on July 21, 2025, to celebrate its 7th founding anniversary on July 23, 2025. This ceremony was organized to express gratitude and celebrate three employés who have served for 5 years as of 2025 — Équipe de recherche en efficacité Manager Young-ah Ku, Bureau de planification de la gestion Adjoint au responsable Jihee Ryu, and Bureau de planification de la gestion Adjoint au responsable Yejin Yoon — who have been part of RudaCure's growth and challenges over the past five years. Beyond a formal award ceremony, it was conducted in a warm atmosphere filled with sincere encouragement and congratulations from colleagues.
Following the anniversary ceremony, tous les employés gathered at a Korean BBQ restaurant near the Seoul office for a dinner, sharing stories and laughter in a relaxed setting.
In a surprise event prepared by the Équipe de planification de la recherche, each employé wrote warm encouragement and gratitude messages to a randomly selected colleague. Reading the heartfelt messages brought smiles to everyone's faces.
