RudaCure has also been selected as a Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise. A Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise refers to a small and medium-sized company that excels in compensation, work-life balance, and employment stability, and provides a work environment where young employees thrive despite being a smaller organization. The 雇佣劳动部 certifies companies that provide an excellent working environment for young employees in terms of work·life balance — including flexible work arrangements, on-time departure systems, welfare facilities (cafeteria, sports center, childcare facilities), and self-development support (personal development subsidies, cultural activity allowances, etc.).
The Family-Friendly Company certification system, administered by the 女性家族部 under the 'Act on the Promotion of the Social Environment for Family-Friendly Operations,' certifies outstanding companies and institutions that work to create a family-friendly corporate culture including support for pregnancy/childbirth/child-rearing and flexible work arrangements. Introduced in 2008, the certification is valid for three years.
