The university sector included industry-academia cooperation foundations and technology holding companies from 6 universities: Catholic University, Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Kookmin University, Dankook University, 首尔大学, and 延世大学. Consultations were also held with the 韩国 Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology, which had the busiest schedule among all individual technology suppliers during the event.
If this year was Medytox, the most active acquirer at the previous year's InterBiz 2019 had been Hugel, which held consultations with 28 technology suppliers from diverse stakeholder groups including 首尔大学, 延世大学 Medical Center, Y&D Life Science, and the 韩国 Research Institute of Chemical Technology.
