Today, RudaCure was notified by the 雇佣劳动部 of its selection as a 2023 Strong Small Enterprise.
A Strong Small Enterprise refers to a small or medium-sized enterprise among general companies that has a high employee retention rate and credit rating, and has had no workplace fatalities due to industrial accidents in the past three years.
Selected companies receive a variety of benefits, including preferential guarantees from the 韩国 Credit Guarantee Fund, priority in being selected as a work-learning parallel learning company, priority support for heat wave disaster prevention facility installation, and exemption from the National Tax Service's regular tax audit selection, among others. In the future, additional benefits may be available upon further selection as a Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise.
RudaCure was already selected as a 2023 Youth-Friendly Strong Small Enterprise in December of last year, and is working to create a work environment and corporate culture that is conducive to young employees.
