2025年上半年业绩评估及下半年目标设定研讨会圆满完成

RudaCure conducted performance evaluations for all employees over three days starting June 25th, and held a workshop for setting second-half goals at Salimchae Pension in Paju.

Through group discussions by position and function, and a lecture by an external speaker on inter-team communication methods and the concept of "we" for achieving common goals, all RudaCure employees had the opportunity to discuss and share what roles each person should play in their respective positions to achieve the same goals.

It was an occasion to build consensus on how each person's achievements over the past six months have impacted the company overall and how individual growth translates into company growth.

On the last day, all employees went hiking to promote health and maintain the energy to continue producing results. We were also able to share conversations about topics beyond work that are usually difficult to discuss during busy workdays.
